   Great episode Joe, all too true.
   
   People don't realise that being busy is not just no hours in the day, it's a state of mind. You could have a half day to spare but if you are stressed about things you didn't get done last week or stuff you are worried about next week, the frustration and worry can often overwhelm you to the point where you lose sight of any solution that could be staring you in the face.
   
   We need the people around us to bring us back down to earth and help us see the situation without the overhead of the confusion.
   
   I hope you get your new toy, I have been reading about it, sounds like the ultimate in that sort of device.
