    Podcasts, what are they?    Help
They are recorded programs distributed via the Internet.

    How do I find them?
Many sites provide podcast content but the best way to find podcasts that interest you is to use an application called iTunes.

If you are using a Mac, you already have iTunes installed.

If not, you can get iTunes free, here:

Once you have iTunes installed you are able to search for podcasts by name, by author or by subject.

    Get iTunes

    What is Subscribing?
Subscribing to a podcast is free, all you are doing is adding the podcast to a list of podcasts you enjoy listening to.

You can tell iTunes how often you want it to check for new episodes, how many to download and how many episodes to keep after you listen to them.

    Subscribing Made Easy!
You can subscribe to our podcast very easily by clicking here:
This will launch iTunes and take you to our podcast page where you are able to subscribe.

    Why do I need QuickTime?
To listen to our podcasts using the browser you also need the QuickTime plug-in.

Again, if you are on a Mac you already have QuickTime installed, if not, you are able to get it free here:

    Get QuickTime

Why do your podcasts need the QuickTime plug-in?
Because our podcasts are not just audio, they are enhanced with pictures and chapters.

QuickTime is also useful on many other web sites containing rich multi-media content.
