Outstanding! Wow, what a trip, you really must have been in an emotional groove Joe, it comes through loud and clear.

I was never a Rocky or Stallone fan, not much into violent boxing movies either but the next one I rent will be this one. I really must see the exerpts in the context of the whole story, especially the scene when Junior (Milo from Heroes) gets put in his place so beautifully, I could listen to it over and over.

You should get a job as a movie reviewer Joe, I would tune in every time. Great still shots from the movie too, this is my favorite episode by far, very tastefully done, I love the background music and your own nostalgic anecdotes alongside the movie snippets.

Thank you very much for a very entertaining podcast.

I may be a little biased Joe but I think that is the best you have ever done (without me of course).
It was so inspirational I had my team at work listen.
Everyone should gain some message, and it was a great movie Joe.
    Thanks,
    Lynette

I agree with Pristine and Guest, this is the best one yet.
How do I send someone to this page directly, what address should I put in an email?

    Great stuff,
    Emma.

Joe, this is the quintessential episode that defines what you do, your rambling at its best. I don't usually enjoy movie reviews, (I know this was not an official review :-), but it got me in. Like Pristine I am not fond of Stallone or his movies but I will visit Blockbuster on the way home tonight because I need to see those scenes for myself.
Great Job mate, you have a quite a task on your hands to follow this one.

Hello Joe from the other side of the world (London). :sc_cu:

I usually sit back and listen to these wonderful podcasts then read the comments but after this one I simply have to chime in with my twopence worth and echo all the good comments above.

It seems like Rocky and Stallone fans are few and far between but I'm sure video stores will wonder why the sudden interest in this movie!

I too will watch it at the first opportunity :sc_fight: not that I like boxing but I am intrigued by the captivating scenes in this podcast.

Congratulations on a splendid and thoroughly entertaining episode. :sc_winner:

    Hey Joe
From someone that knows you the most, I can imagine your reminiscing about Dad during that movie.

I haven't had the pleasure of seeing it yet. You have my attention, not usually my kind of movie, but I guess that's why you listen to reviews.

We all do what we think is best for our children and yes sometimes we are embarrassing but at that moment it is what we thought was best. Although, while this episode is in my mind I might just take a step back and think before I might do something embarrassing, but I am sure within a week it will just be back to instinct.

Keep up the great and mind opening work.
