Our first stop was New York. We had heard a lot about this great city, Lyn especially was keen to explore it from top to bottom.

We found it fairly safe, of course we took all the common sense precautions but we never found ourselves concerned about being in danger. The boys in blue were plentiful, the subways were clean and well lit and cheap too.

Yes we both certainly loved the big apple.
